As a Broker and Sales Manager at CENTURY 21 Coastland Realty in Emerald Isle, I do enjoy helping clients fulfill their needs and wants when buying or selling. My full time career in real estate began in January 1999 and has been full of hard work that has been recognized by CENTURY 21 quality service and production awards. As Top Producer for CENTURY 21 Coastland Realty from 2000-2021, I enjoy working with buyers and sellers in helping them achieve their goals!  I have taken pride in receiving the Quality Service Award since 2001.  I have recieved the CENTURY 21 production awards of Masters Club and Centurion Producers since 1999.   In 2021, I received CENTURION Production Producer and Quality Service Pinnacle Awards.  I enjoy working with buyers and sellers! I would recommend Carolyn for any person looking to buy property in the Emerald Isle area, whether a first time buyer or a seasoned investor. Having her as a realtor feels like a trusted friend guiding you. She knows the area, she loves the area, and she finds joy in matching buyers with their new homes. I cannot say enough about her.
